Mark Your Calendars! We may be months away, but we can’t wait to celebrate the simple joys of the holiday season at the Festival of Trees 2024.

We’re excited to announce that the Festival of Trees will return to the Prince George Civic Centre from November 27th to December 1st, 2024. We invite you to a celebration focused on the heart of Christmas — spending time with loved ones and relishing the simple comforts of the season — all while helping us make significant strides in improving healthcare across the North.

This beloved annual event, hosted by the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation, features a dazzling display of themed, decorated trees, live entertainment, and a variety of family-friendly activities. Whether you’re participating in the silent auction, enjoying the festive treats, or simply soaking in the holiday ambiance, the Festival of Trees is a perfect way to kick off your holiday season.

Carol was a dear friend and beloved member of Team Spirit.

Her passion for supporting others brought her to the Festival of Trees 26 years ago, and her impact has been felt year after year. Carol embodied the Spirit of Festival through her kindness, dedication, commitment, drive, and encouragement of others. To Carol it was more than volunteering, it was uniting with friends, who would soon become family, and creating something truly memorable.

Carol’s legacy will continue not only through her family, but through the countless volunteers, who became friends, she inspired along the way.
